NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 25, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-2012-CA-000222 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for COLLIER County, Florida wherein SUNTRUST MORTGAGE, INC. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS J CIANFLONE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS J. CIANFLONE; MEGAN D. COOKSON A/K/A MEGAN D. CIANFLONE; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MEGAN D. COOKSON A/K/A MEGAN D. CIANFLONE; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; SUNCOAST SCHOOLS FEDERAL CREDIT UNION; THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; THE PRESERVE AT BERKSHIRE LAKES MASTER HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; CACH, LLC; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at LOBBY ON THE 3RD FLOOR OF THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FLORIDA, 34112 at 11:00AM, on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 3703 PHASE 37 THE PRESERVE AT THE SHORES AT BERKSHIRE LAKES, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 2594, PAGE 1409; AND ANY AMENDMENTS THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM TO BE AN APPURTENANCE TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED UNIT; SAID INSTRUMENTS BEING RECORDED AND SAID LAND SITUATE, LYING AND BEING IN COLLIER COUNTY FLORIDA.
