NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 3, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-1334-ES of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS SUCCESSOR TO JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF POPULAR ABS, INC. MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-2, is the Plaintiff and SHANNON HOFFMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC.; CARPENTERS RUN HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1 N/K/A SHARON HEIMBACH; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2 are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on October 17, 2013 , the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 60, CARPENTER'S RUN, PHASE II , ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES97-100, INCLUSIVE , OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
