SEVEN SPRINGS VILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, UNIT 1, BUILDING 28 TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OF THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 685, PAGE 306, AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMIMIUM PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 141, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
