NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 6, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2011-CA-006104WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein US BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION AS TRUSTEE, is the Plaintiff and FOX WOOD AT TRINITY COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIA RIVERA, IF ANY; JULIA RIVERA ; UNKNOWN TENANT(S)N/K/A SUZY AVILES; TRINITY COMMUNITIES MASTER ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 269, FOX WOOD PHASE TWO, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGES 1-4, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
