Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM on OCTOBER 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 51, GROVE PARK UNIT 7 ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF BOOK 8, PAGE 130, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY , FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
