NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment dated June 26, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 51-2011-CA-003028WS, DIVISION: J3, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO COUNTY, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED NOTEHOLDERS OF RENAISSANCE HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2006-4, is Plaintiff, and ROBERT E. HANSSEN; KIMBERLY A. HANSSEN; VIVA VILLAS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants.
PAULA S. O'NEIL, Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m. online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com on the 21st day of October, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 228, VIVA VILLAS FIRST ADDITIONS PHASE I, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 130 AND 131, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
