NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 11, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 51-2008-CA-008988-XXXX-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash on the 28th day of October, 2013, bidding will begin at 11:00 a.m. online via the Internet at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, relative to the following described property as set forth in the Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1586, REGENCY PARK UNIT TEN, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 15, PAGES 53 AND 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained may be used for that purpose.
