NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 12003775CA of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, and pursuant to Florida Statutes ยง45.031, Paula S. O'Neil Clerk of Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on the 23rd day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
