NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 21, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 51-09-CA-8224-ES, of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for PASCO County, Florida, wherein, FLAGSTAR BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff, and, CARLINE JULIET PAJOTTE; BRIDGEWATER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Paula S. O'Neil, Ph.D., will sell to the highest bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 AM on October 21, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final summary Judgment, to wit:

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
