NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 19th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002334 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK TRUST COMPANY AMERICAS, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE DOVER MORTGAGE CAPITAL CORPORATION, GRANTOR TRUST CERTIFICATE SERIES 2004-A is the Plaintiff and CHARLES F. THOMAS A/K/A CHARLES F. THOMAS, SR.; CERTIFIED FINANCE INC; DAL-TITLE CORPORATION, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION; JOSEPH E RAYL; KAREN RYAL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHARLES F. THOMAS A/K/A CHARLES F. THOMAS, SR.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 24th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 16750 AND 16751 SOUHT VENICE UNIT NO. 63 ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7 PAGE 40 PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
