NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 005633 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-7, is the Plaintiff and JAMES OTTERLEE; MARGARET OTTERLEE; MERS AS NOMINEE FOR COUNTRYWIDE BANK, NA, UNKNOWN TENANTS are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 18, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND SITUATE IN SARASOTA COUNTY, STATE OF FLORIDA, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS THE WEST 80 FEET OF LOTS 32 ABD 34, BLOCK 2 OF SARASOTA BAY PARK, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1 PAGE(S) 49 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
