NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Amended Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 8, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2010-CA-012227-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR RBSGC 2007-A is the Plaintiff and GREGORY A. OTTAWAY, AS TRUSTEE OF THE GREGORY A. OTTAWAY TRUST DATED MARCH 7, 2007; GREGORY OTTAWAY A/K/A GREGORY A. OTTAWAY; TENANT #3, and TENANT #4 N/K/A KRISTOPHER BRIDGES are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 12th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
