Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Replevin and Foreclosure, entered in this cause on September 13, 2013, the Clerk of this Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
All instruments, documents, chattel paper, goods, moneys, securities, drafts, and other property of Superior Furniture, Inc., a Florida corporation d/b/a Casual Creations (“Superior Furniture”), now in possession of and at any time and from time to time hereafter delivered to Wells Fargo Bank, National Association (“Wells Fargo”), its agent or affiliates, whether for safekeeping, pledge, custody, transmission, collection, or otherwise, and all of Superior Furniture's deposits, balances, sums, proceeds, and credits with, and any of its claims against Wells Fargo and affiliates of Wells Fargo, at any time existing, together with the increases and profits received therefrom and the proceeds thereof, including insurance payable because of loss or damage thereto.
All accounts, accounts receivable, contract rights, leases, and any other rights of Superior Furniture to payment for goods sold or leased or for services rendered; furniture; furnishings; fixtures; equipment (including, without limitation, the specific items of equipment and inventory identified on Exhibit “A” attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference); machinery; replacement parts; accessories; moveable trade fixtures; all inventory and goods held for sale or being processed for sale in Superior Furniture's business; goods in process, finished goods, and all other items customarily classified as inventory; building improvement and construction materials, supplies and equipment; chattel paper; instruments; documents; letters of credit (including, but not limited to, any written undertaking to pay money conditioned upon the presentation of specified documents, and advices of letters of credits); all funds on deposit with Wells Fargo and its affiliates; and all general intangibles; as well as all parts, replacements, substitutions, profits, products and cash and non-cash proceeds of the foregoing (including insurance and condemnation proceeds payable by reason of condemnation of or loss or damage thereto) in any form and wherever located.
