Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated September 24, 2013, entered in Civil Case Number 2010 CA 002422 NC, in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein FIFTH THIRD MORTGAGE COMPANY is the Plaintiff, and BRENDA G. THOMAS A/K/A BRENDA GAIL THOMAS, et al., are the Defendants, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell the property situated in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 323, TREGATE EAST, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1275, PAGE 1854, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 11, PAGE 45 AND 45A, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on the 29th day of October, 2013. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
