Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure entered in the above-styled Case Number 2013-CA-004465-NC, in the Circuit Court of SARASOTA, Florida that the Clerk of Court will sell the following property, in SARASOTA County, Florida, described as:
Apartment Unit 101, Building A, BAY HARBOUR APARTMENTS, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded in Official Records Book 862, Page 1 to 79, inclusive, re-recorded in Official Records Book 965, Pages 1 to 79, inclusive, and subsequent amendments thereto, and as per plat thereof recorded in Condominium Book 4, Pages 18 and 18A, amended, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on October 29, 2013. The highest bidder shall immediately post with the Clerk, a deposit equal to 5% of the final bid. The deposit must be cash or cashier's check payable to the Clerk of Court and will be applied to the sale price at the time of final payment. Final payment must be made on or before 5:00 p.m. of the day of the sale by cash or cashier's check.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
