NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 10, 2013 and an Order to Reset Sale dated September 24, 2013 and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 009426 NC in the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company as Indenture Trustee for MortgageIT Trust 2005-4 was the Plaintiff and MICHAEL F. PUTNAM, ET AL., the Defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the prescribed date at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 122, MEDITERRANEA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NO. 2005098081, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 37, PAGES 41, 41A THROUGH 41G, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
