NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 19, 2013 and an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 23, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 2009-CA-010215-NC (A) of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, Plaintiff, and VAHID SHAHABELMOLKI; KENSINGTON WOODS OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JOHN DOE N/K/A THOMAS WILLIAMS; JANE DOE N/K/A ROSA WILLIAMS, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 50, KENSINGTON WOODS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 30, PAGE 22, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
