NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated SEPTEMBER 16, 2013, and entered in Case No. 58-2013-CA-003691 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC, is the Plaintiff and MELINDA D. IRELAND, AS PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE OF THE ESTATE OF KENNETH MATTHEW WORCESTER, DECEASED; MELINDA D. IRELAND; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; UNKNOWN TENANT(S) are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM on OCTOBER 21, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK 2, OF ALLENWOOD SUBDIVISION, AS PER THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, AT PAGE 72, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, LESS THAT PART CONVEYED TO THE STATE OF FLORIDA RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 211, AT PAGE 353, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
