NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 15, 2013 and entered in Case No. 58-2012-CA-005565 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein JPMC SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC F/K/A WM SPECIALTY MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and MARCIA KOVACS; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 11th day of December, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 1014, VENICE GARDENS, UNIT NO. 23, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 19 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
