UNIT NO. 901 BUILDING NO. 2925, OF VILLAGE CREEK, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CLERKS FILE NUMBER 2005000192444, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
