Final Judgment was filed on September 23, 2013 in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-055021, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON, FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO JP MORGAN CHASE BANK NA AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II INC. BEAR STEARNS ALT-A TRUST 2005-3, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-3 is the Plaintiff, and LISA S. CUSHMAN; CHRIS CUSHMAN A/K/A CHRIS R. CUSHMAN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST G; are Defendants.

ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
