Final Judgment was filed on 23 day of September, 2013, in Civil Case No.: 36-2012-CA-050596 , of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, FOR NEW CENTURY HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST 2005-2, is the Plaintiff, and LISETTE ALVAREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISETTE ALVAREZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LISETTE ALVAREZ; FIRST HOME BUILDERS OF FLORIDA, A FLORIDA GENERAL PARTNERSHIP; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A TONY TRIEU; UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A MIA TRIEU; AND UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION are Defendants.
