NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order or Final Summary Judgment. Final Judgment was filed on September 23, 2013, in Civil Case No.: 12-CA-053887, of the Circuit Court of the SEVENTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is the Plaintiff, and ROBERT L. MASSENGALE; MYRNA G. MASSENGALE; TANGLEWOOD RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION, INC., are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m. on 23 day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit
LOT 71, BLOCK 4, OF THAT CERTAIN SUBDIVISION KNOWN AS TANGLEWOOD, 4TH ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF ON FILE AND RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA IN PLAT BOOK 23, AT PAGE(S) 60 THROUGH 61.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
