I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at the Lee County Public Auction website, www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 A.M. on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

LOT(S) 30 & 31, BLOCK 6158, UNIT 98, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE(S) 107 TO 121, INCLUSIVE, IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other then the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
