UNIT 8, BUILDING 15485, ADMIRALTY YACHT CLUB Condominium NO, II, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM DECLARATION AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 1730, PAGES 2544, ET SEQ., AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 9, PAGES 92-101, AND AMENDED AND RESTATED DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2053, PAGES 2517, ET SEQ., AND AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the www.lee.realforeclose.com at 09:00 AM, on 23 day of December, 2013.
