YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a claim of lien on the following property in Lee County, Florida:
Unit 24-A, Burnt Store Marina Condominium, Section 1, Phase 1, a Condominium according to the Declaration thereof, as recorded in O.R. Book 1333, Page 121, as amended, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses and answer to the complaint on the Plaintiff's attorney, KEITH H. HAGMAN, ESQ., Pavese Law Firm, P.O. Drawer 1507, Fort Myers, FL 33902 and file the original in the offices of the Clerk of the Circuit Court within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice, otherwise, the allegations of the complaint will be taken as confessed.
This notice shall be published once each week for two (2) consecutive weeks in the Business Observer.
