Myers, Florida, the office of Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 23 day of December, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 24 & 25, BLOCK 2749, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, UNIT 39, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 16, PAGE 142 THROUGH 154, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
