Myers, Florida, the office of Linda Doggett will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 23 day of October, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 204, BUILDING 9, CARRIAGE HOMES AT WOODS EDGE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 2855, PAGES 2932 THROUGH 3033, AS AMENDED OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
