REMY SALUZ, CITIBANK, N.A., as successor by merger with CITIBANK (SOUTH DAKOTA) N.A. AND WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., as successor by merger with WACHOVIA BANK,
Defendants.
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 23, 2013, and entered in Case No.: 13-CA-52388 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein VINCENNES - 47th TERRACE, LLC is Plaintiff and REMY SALUZ, et al. are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 a.m. www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 23 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 8, Block 360, Unit 7, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 101 through 128, of the Public Records of Lee County Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
