SUBJECT TO AND TOGETHER WITH AN EASEMENT FOR ROADWAY PURPOSES LYING 30 FEET ON EACH SIDE OF THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF THE EAST 1/2 OF SAID SECTION 4 LYING SOUTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 4.
