NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on 13 day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 13-CA-50958, of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER CHASE HOME FINANCE, LLC is the Plaintiff and BRIAN SCHUMANN A/K/A BRIAN LESTER SCHUMANN and UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A VENIS SANDERS IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Lee.realforeclose.com at, 9:00 AM on the 17 day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 17 AND 19, BLOCK 20, EVANS SECOND ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF FORT MYERS, A SUBDIVISION ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 1A, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
