NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated September 23, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-000359 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, NA is the Plaintiff and DOLORES BARBON A/K/A DOLORES FERNANDEZ; SUNTRUST BANK; MONTE CARLO TOWERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 11/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 504-D OF MONTE CARLO TOWERS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4129, PAGE 1542 AS AMENDED BY INSTRUMENTS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4282, PAGE 629 AND O.R. BOOK 4434, PAGE 163 ET SEQ., OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND ACCORDING TO THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 66, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
