UNIT 1510E, BUILDING E, GRAND CENTRAL AT KENNEDY RESIDENCES, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO;ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND RELATED DOCUMENTS AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17300, BEGINNING AT PAGE 730, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO INCLUDING AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 17533, PAGE 1555; AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 23; PAGE 35, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
