NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated July 10, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 29-2011-CA-011414, of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, TRUSTEE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JUNE 1, 2007 SECURITIZED ASSET BACKED RECEIVABLES LLC TRUST 2007-BR5, is Plaintiff and LAWRENCE BERG A/K/A LAWRENCE J. BERG; CAROL BERG A/K/A CAROL PISETZKY BERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LAWRENCE BERG A/K/A LAWRENCE J. BERG; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CAROL BERG A/K/A CAROL PISETZKY BERG; WACHOVIA BANK, N.A., D/B/A WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; DAVIS ISLAND YACHT CLUB, INC; DAVIS ISLANDS WATERFRONT PROPERTY ASSOCIATION, INC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendant(s).
PAT FRANK, the Clerk of Court shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 10:00 AM, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on the 16th day of October, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 14 AND 15, BLOCK 40, DAVIS ISLANDS - THE YACHT CLUB SECTION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGES 52 THROUGH 57, INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
