NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 21, 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-012806, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP, (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and CHRISTOPHER ALEXANDER BALLINGER A/K/A CHRIS BALLINGER, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 7th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 21, BLOCK 3, FAIRCLOTH ESTATES, ACCORDING TO PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGE 26, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
