NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated on or about September 19, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-023790 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Christian Riddell, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Secured Funding Corp., Regency Key Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 1st day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
