NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated September 4, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-004954 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Blair H. Brewer a/k/a Blair Brewer, Oakwood Terrace Townhomes Property Owners Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 18th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
