NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of June, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011CA001524, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE, LLC is the Plaintiff and SHAUN ROBINSON A/K/A SHAUN CHARLES ROBINSON AKA SHAUN C. ROBINSON; RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 10 ASSOCIATION, INC.; RAINTREE VILLAGE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION,INC.; SCOTT BEDELL A/K/A SCOTT A. BEDELL AKA SCOTT ANTHONY BEDELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SCOTT BEDELL A/K/A SCOTT A. BEDELL AKA SCOTT ANTHONY BEDELL; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SHAUN ROBINSON A/K/A SHAUN C. ROBINSON AKA SHAUN CHARLES ROBINSON; UNKNOWN TENANT(S); IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. UNIT E, BUILDING NO. 20 OF RAINTREE VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM NO. 10, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OR BOOK 4742, PAGE 908 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, IF ANY, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AND UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
