Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 16, 2013, entered in Case No. 13-CA-006231, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in favor of the Plaintiff, Centennial Bank, successor-in-interest to Heritage Bank of Florida, and against the Defendants, Crown Pointe Professional Center of Tampa, LLC, Crown Pointe Professional Center of Tampa Owners Association, Inc., Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, and Amedisys Home Health, Inc. of Florida, jointly and severally, that Plaintiff will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on November 14, 2013, at 10:00 a.m. EST, the following described real property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

Nail and Disk LB 6357, found at the Northwest corner of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 21, Township 28 South, Range 18, East, Hillsborough County, Florida; thence South 00°02'14” West along the West boundary line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 21, also being the East Boundary Line of Cedarwood Village Unit II and a Northerly extension as recorded in Plat 2 Book 56, Page 88, a distance of 429.29 feet; thence South 89°57'46” East, a distance of 166.50 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence South 89°57'46” East, a distance of 24.00 feet; thence North 00°02'14” East, a distance of 6.00 feet; thence South 89°57'46” East, a distance of 21.00 feet; thence South 00°02'14” West, a distance of 6.00 feet; thence South 89°57'46” East, a distance of 24.00 feet; thence South 00°02'14” East, a distance of 66.67 feet; thence North 89°57'46” West, a distance of 69.00 feet; thence North 00°02'14” East, a distance of 66.67 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The West boundary line of the Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of said Section 21, being assumed to bear South 00°02'14” West for the purpose of this description.
