NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 6th day of August, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2010-CA-003714, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. AS SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is the Plaintiff DAVID G. KRUG; COLLEEN KRUG A/K/A COLLEEN SPRINGBORN KRUG A/K/A COLLEEN SPRINGBORN COLLEEN L. SPRINGBORN-KRUG and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 22nd day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 16, BLOCK 16 OF HAMPTON TERRACE, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE(S) 129, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
