NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-006311 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Wells Fargo Bank, NA, is the Plaintiff and Elba M. Rosario, The Villas at Carrollwood Condominium Association, Inc., are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT #1.44, THE VILLAS AT CARROLL WOOD CONDOMINIUMS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED NOVEMBER 15, 2004, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14399, PAGE 125, AND ANY FURTHER AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
