NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-005768 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association as Trustee for RASC 2005KS6, is the Plaintiff and Brenda S. Forney, Michael Powell, Capital One Bank USA, National Association, Tenant #1 n/k/a Kevin Forney, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
