NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 24th day of September, 2013, entered in the above-captioned action, Case No. 11-CA-007925, the Clerk shall offer for sale to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 A.M. at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on November 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
Lot 10, Block 19, WEST MADISON PARK, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 30, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
