NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-001536 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas as Trustee for RALI 2006QA6, is the Plaintiff and Marina Greenwood, Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., solely as nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., Tenant #1 n/k/a Concepcion Hernandez, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 21 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF ALLEY ABUTTING THEREOF, MORALES GROVE PARK, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, PAGE 73, AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
