NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 10-CA-022893 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which U.S. Bank National Association, as trustee, on behalf of the holders of the Asset Backed Securities Corporation Home Equity Loan Trust, Series NC 2005-HE8, Asset Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series NC 2005-HE8, is the Plaintiff and Denise Treece, Sean M. Treece, Brentwood Hills Homeowners' Association, Inc., New Century Mortgage Corporation, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
