NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 17, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-002693 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which The Bank of New York Mellon, f/k/a The Bank of New York, as successor-in-interest to JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., as Trustee for Structured Asset Mortgage Investments II Inc., Bear Stearns ALT-A Trust, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-10, is the Plaintiff and Doreen R. Pariag, Indardeo G. Pariag, South Cove at Summerfield Homeowners Association, Inc., Summerfield Master Community Association, Inc., Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 5th day of November, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
