NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to an order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated May 9, 2013 and entered in case of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Palm Beach County, Florida wherein Space Coast Credit Union is the Plaintiff and JUAN C. ARIAS, THE GRAND RESERVE CONDOMINIUM AT TAMPA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, STATE OF FLORIDA and CANDACE HILDRETH, are Defendants, the Clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m. on November 4, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order of Final Judgment to wit:
Unit No. 2411 of The Grand Reserve Condominiums at Tampa, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 16005, Page 672, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
