RACKE, FIFTH THIRD BANK, FORD MOTOR CREDIT COMPANY, A DISSOLVED CORPORATION, SUE L. MOORE A/K/A SUE L. RACKE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants.
