NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-010632, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF VERA MAE THOMAS; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; CHARLIE MCCLAIN;; UNKNOWN CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE OF VERA MAE THOMAS; UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK 47, REVISED MAP OF MACFARLANE'S ADDITIONS TO WEST TAMPA, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
