NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 10th day of September, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-010639, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB is the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS AND OR BENEFICIARIES OF THE ESTATE OF PEGGY DINEHART AKA PEGGY J. DINEHART AKA PEGGY JANE DINEHART AKA PEGGY JANE YORK; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; BEVERLY ANN PEARCE and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 29th day of October, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 3, UNIT ONE, PART TWO OF APOLLO BEACH SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 34, PAGE 41, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
